how to gain height in 3 weeks !!!!


1)wake up early for atleast 3 weeks at 5:30 am
finish your daily work

2)ware a comfortable dress and shoe

3)have a visit to nearby park and start to breath slowly and feel the fresh air,relaxe your body
start with strechig excercies more for ur legs and arms (this is important)

4)make some pullups for 5 min for first day or 3 days and do skipping for 10 mins
take dumbles or and other wieght of 3-4kg and jump againt the ground.
and leave the dumble and now jump u will jump more than u were jumping do this for 3 weeks u will have more height in sort period
